2026. A Year Of Changes.

January is always an interesting time of the year because you are energized and in a mode of new beginnings and new goals, but also reflecting on what the previous year has been like. So I think that’s what I want to start the first newsletter of this year with!

2025 has been an amazing year for everyone here at Trident Event Group. As our tagline states, we’ve always focused on creating elevated event experiences. I think we did just that with a lot of the events we were part of - from small intimate 20-guest get-togethers to a large 30,000 people conferences. We were able to accomplish a lot of things for our clients across all our divisions with extreme precision but also with deep care. I think if I summed it up, it would be the blending of cutting-edge technology in film, photo, AV space, along with creativity, care and vision that was the biggest differentiator from the years past. 

As we look ahead, 2026 has its own set of opportunities but also challenges with it. To say that we are extremely excited to tackle it head-on would be an understatement. Considering the state of the world right now with all the AI Slop, false narratives and unauthentic content, the role and job we have as an event management company to provide and facilitate real events that feel authentic, different, and unique is going to be craved a lot more. We can't wait to be at the forefront of those moments and help make that IRL magic happen. 

While I go through some personal life transitions with some remote work and travelling involved, I'm also excited about some of the leadership roles our team is going to be taking on and can't wait to witness how that shapes us for the next 12-18 months. Along with this, we're looking to add two new divisions in 2026 that have been in the works since last year! To see what is, keep an eye on our social channels and this newsletter!

Overall, 2026 is going to be a year of change, curiosity, and opportunity and we are SO ready!
